Family. Community. Trail.
A family and community oriented Jeep club promoting safe and environmentally friendly offroad excursions. All skill levels welcome — from stock Jeeps to built rigs.
Three things at the heart of ECOJOCS
We explore trails throughout the Northeast, from beginner-friendly paths to challenging terrain for experienced wheelers. All skill levels welcome — we split groups to match capabilities.
We escort veterans in Memorial Day parades, partner with Colin's Crew for childhood cancer support, and work with NORA to provide off-road adventures for veterans.
Kids, spouses, and friends are always welcome. Beyond trail rides, we host social events, wrench days, holiday parties, and educational sessions on safety and techniques.
Community events are open to all. Trail runs require membership.
2:00pm — monthly club meeting, rotating venues
12:00pm — off-road courses and donations to Wishes on Wheels
8:00am — escorting Connecticut veterans, spectators welcome
New to off-roading? Here's how a typical ECOJOCS trail day works.
Bring recovery gear (tow straps, shackles), a full-size spare, basic tools, water, and a VHF radio — we can loan one if you haven't purchased yet. We air down to ~16 psi at the trailhead for better traction.
We start with a driver's meeting and safety briefing. Groups split by skill level and vehicle capability. Spotters assist on obstacles. It's always okay to say no to a section — we keep seats open for passengers.
Green: Stock-friendly, minimal obstacles. Blue: Light modifications helpful. Black: Built rigs and experienced drivers. We label every run so you know what you're signing up for.
Single membership is $65/year. Family membership (second household member in a second Jeep) is $85/year. Friends and family are always welcome as passengers.
